At The Strength Lab, we keep our group sessions to 12-15  members. This increases the level of coaching you will receive and helps people to get better results. With only 30 minute sessions, anyone can find time. This is not HIIT or Crossfit, it's group strength training with an emphasis on coaching. Smarter training.

Need more personalized coaching? With our one on one sessions, we will deep dive into your goals and create a plan just for you. You'll have all of our attention and coaching! Spots are limited.

You Need A Full Program

You don't need more arm exercises for the excess fat around your arms, more ab exercises for the excess fat in your waist, more leg exercises for the excess fat around your thighs. TPF is so much more than other gyms out there. Owner/Trainer Andy Martin has a passion for physical fitness for all, regardless of age. He wants all his members to live an active lifestyle for the rest of their lives. Andy shares regularly the why behind the workouts we do.
